• Before a product can be realized at the manufacturer, PEC does a thorough Quality Control Analysis. PEC only works with partners that have the correct certifications that meet their own industry standard. Incoming materials also must pass a series of quality control (QC) tests.
• The production and assembly must be approved by PEC's experienced staff; with QC check's scheduled though out the process.
• Delays are common but avoidable, that is why PEC maintains the schedule with constant communications from all parties. To ensure that everything goes according to schedule, PEC foresees possible delay factors and eliminates them before they can affect the production.
• PEC's outgoing QC standards follow the AQL Test that is based on a percentage of Major/Minor. PEC monitor's the QC from the beginning, so problems will be minimal due to PEC's heavy involvement in all the phases.
• Complete packaging of the product, instruction booklet, etc. is handled by PEC before delivery to the client. PEC checks the shipments before they leave and does random QC checks again.
