Our quality control center is located in our German office. As of now, we have received/certified VDA 6.4, QS9000, TS16949, ISO 9001 and Ford Q-101.

Since 1993, our German office has been supplying automotive parts and products to VW, Votex, Ford Europe, Opel, Visteon, BMW and Mercedes Benz in Europe. Besides the automotive industry, we frequently supply companies like Karstadt and Quelle with consumer electronic products originating from Asia.

The quality management system we have setup in our factories, is based on our own quality control system, coincided with the individual requirement of each OEM customer. First our branch office in the area will do the initial scouting for the qualified factories, giving the initial evaluation of the production and quality management system, then the quality team from German office will evaluate the system for the 2nd time, if the result is found satisfactory, we will start to implant with our system. Further given normally a 6-12 months pre-production test run, if the results turn out satisfactory, we will then present to our specific customer for their final evaluation/audit. We not only involve on the details of the quality management, we also control on running basis of the entire operation/production based on the TS16949 and the requirement of the customer to ensure the right parts are produced and controlled under our system.
